FAQs

  • What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your practitioner will take time to explain the service, answer questions, go over intake forms and ensure you feel comfortable and supported. Every session is personalized and guided by your comfort level.

  • Do I need to know which service is right for me before booking?

Not at all. Many clients come in unsure of where to start. We’re happy to chat and help guide you towards a service that best supports your current needs.

  • How often should I come for sessions?

This depends on the service and your goals. Some people come occasionally for relaxation, while others choose regular sessions for ongoing support and maintenance.

  • Are your services relaxing or will I feel emotional afterwards?

Both are possible. Many clients feel deeply relaxed, grounded, or lighter. Some experience emotional release, which is a normal and healthy part of the healing process.

  • How do I prepare before my appointment?

Generally, just arrive well-hydrated and open-minded. For some services, we may suggest avoiding heavy meals beforehand.
